Welcome to the Blue Pearl Home on Sunset Beach, Moclips

The Blue Pearl Vacation Home is located on Sunset Beach in Moclips WA, 18 miles north of Ocean Shores, on a secluded street with about a dozen homes. 

This home is available to rent three different ways: the entire home, the upper level or the lower level. 

The view is amazing! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your decks, living rooms, kitchens or upper front bedroom.  The view comes at a small price ... there are 30 stairs into the lower unit and 40 stairs into the upper unit. This property is not appropriate for someone who has difficulty going up or down stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible. We provide many amenities and suggest you pack lightly! 

Walk merely 60 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home! 

Typically, the beach is lightly populated with Pacific Beach public access to the south and Moclips Beach public access to the north. Walk down to the beach or load your lunch and beach toys into the car and use the public access where you can drive onto the beach right in front of our home! 

There are local activities, restaurants, shops and sights to see, or you can make a quick trip to Ocean Shores, about 25 minutes south. Fly a kite, build a sand castle or go kayaking. There are several nearby state parks for hiking or surfing. During open seasons, you can go clam digging, crabbing or fishing. Watch mesmerized as a storm passes through. 

Amenities include free WIFI, cable television on living room TVs, wireless speakers, enclosed hot tub (shared), outdoor fire pit (shared), beach chairs and clamming guns (on request). Each living room and bedroom has a smart TV/DVD player; there are also a variety of DVD movies, games, books and puzzles. Kitchens are well stocked with most everything you need to prepare and serve a meal including complimentary coffee, tea, condiments, spices and more! Small appliances include a regular coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, electric fry pan, griddle and blender. Full size briquette BBQs on both the upper and the lower decks. Please bring your own briquettes and fire starter.

• limit of two pre-approved dogs per level, fee applies, see house rules for additional information

• NO parties or events without written permission
• For the comfort of all guests, visitors are not permitted at any time without written permission
• Failure to follow all house rules may result in a warning, fine or termination of stay without refund

Offers a living room, kitchen, full bathroom with washer/dryer and one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a sectional couch in the living room.

THE ENTIRE HOUSE 

• Suggested capacity is up to 10 persons (3 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 sectional couch)
• Base Rate is $349/399; holidays and local event dates may vary. Housekeeping Fee and Security Deposit apply. 10% Weekly discount available.
